I've been in the school nutrition business for 20 years with SmartFoods. I have a tremendous amount of respect for all of my peers in the industry, I know how hard you all work to bring healthy lunches to children.  I cherish the relationships I have built and look forward to the new relationships that are on the horizon in our wonderful industry. Out of work I enjoy staying active and supporting my Houston sports teams.  I also love golfing, reading and music.

I have been building relationships and providing School Districts with fun and healthy foods in the Texas, Utah and California markets for over 20 years. We have mostly specialized in shaped chicken nuggets and shaped cinnamon snack crackers that increase participation in a fun and simple way.  

I have been married to my beautiful wife Kim for over 27 years and have been blessed with a son and daughter.  In my spare time I enjoy playing picleball and spending time with my family.

My name is Victoria and I have been working with school districts for over 20 years. I am very passionate about what I do everyday. A little about myself is that I have 3 amazing dogs that really show you that life is simple: LOVE, LOVE and more LOVE. I have two Shipoo and a Maltipoo and I just really love life. I run with them most days to get rid of some of their energy!

I joined Smart Foods in the fall of 2018. I am happy to be serving the Florida School Nutrition community. I have one child who graduated from Florida public schools and another who is presently in school at Pineview School in Sarasota, Fl.

I provide Sales and Education for Smart Foods products and I work to deliver the smoothest, most delightful fun days to each district that I work with. I feel very grateful to be a part of the school nutrition community!

My business background has always been in the areas of accounting and administration so when I began working for SmartFoods about 12 years ago my skills fit beautifully into the daily business needs of SmartFoods. I enjoy working in the paper pushing end of the business to expedite providing kids with the nourishing meals they need as we partner with our schools in that endeavor.  My husband and I have 4 wonderful sons and 13 even more wonderful grandkids so truly have a vested interest in our schools providing healthy food to all of our children.  As a senior, I enjoy my ladies Cooking Club, Book Club, Scrabble with girl friends and, of course my home full of cats and dogs and most important of all, the true light of my life, my husband, Buddy.
